RATES & ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Rates
- The nightly rate varies between CAD$1595 to $2395 based on the season, for up to 14 persons for a minimum 3 nights reservation.
- Each additional guest on top of 14 persons is charged at CAD$175 per person per night.
- The cleaning fee is CAD$375.
Payment Terms
- A 50% deposit payment is due upon booking, the 50% balance is due 60 days before the check-in Date.
- The City of Montreal Lodging tax is 3.5%
- We accept payments by Paypal or by Interac e-transfer.
