House Rules & Cancellation policy
House Rules
1. Checkout time is at 11 AM.
2. At the end of your stay, you are responsible for cleaning the kitchen, storing the dishes, and disposing of garbage in the outside bins.
3. Please ensure there is no noise outside, especially after 11 PM.
4. The maximum number of people allowed to stay is 14, unless additional guests have been paid for at $175 per person per night.
5. There are two security cameras facing the front of the house and two overlooking the terrace and backyard. Guests must not interfere with these cameras. There are no cameras inside the house.
6. Parties are prohibited.
7. The outdoor terrace is covered but not completely waterproof.
8. Cover the hot tub immediately after use.
9. Do not leave food or trash on the terrace to avoid attracting squirrels. Always close the terrace door to prevent them from entering the house.
10. Moving furniture inside or outside the house to the terrace or garden is not allowed.
11. Please refrain from gathering or smoking in front of the house. Use the backyard terrace and garden for your gatherings.
12. Garbage and Recycling (Very Important): Dispose of trash in black or white bags ONLY. Place recyclables in BLUE bags ONLY. Light blue recycling bags go into the large green bins by the garage door, and black trash bags go into the blue bins.
13- Please drive slowly on Olivier Street; the maximum speed is 15 MPH.
14- Ensure that your parked cars are locked at all times.
15- Be aware that smoking is not permitted inside the house, and a $500 fine will be imposed for violations. If you smoke outside, please do not discard cigarette butts on the ground or in the garden.
16- Adhere to the pool rules: no ball playing, no screaming, and no nudity.
Cancellation Policy
Should you choose to cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to the check-in date, you will be eligible for a refund amounting to 50% of the total reservation cost. However, cancellations made within 60 days of the check-in date will not receive any refund.
